Medical weight loss is a medically supervised weight loss program with a medical professional (Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician’s assistant). Medications are prescribed to help with appetite and metabolism. Patients are evaluated and a treatment plan will be offered with the best and safest treatment options for your specific circumstances.

Our medical providers determine if a medication can be prescribed based on your health history.

Clients are monitored bi-weekly or monthly at minimum. We monitor for medication effectiveness/weight loss progression, side effects, and blood pressure.

  1. Free 15 minute consult
  2. Lab work prior to visit
  3. Fill out Intake forms & Consents
  4. Appointment with a provider ($125): vital signs, weight & body fat analysis, optional pictures, address your health concerns, review your lab results, create a personalized treatment plan, and order your medications.
  5. Medication gets sent to home (if you need help with weekly injections there is an added fee)
  6. Follow up in 4 weeks

During the course of your treatment, you are guided on personalized, realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes to improve your weight loss as well as your overall health.

We do not accept insurance for appointments or medications. These medications can be difficult to obtain, most insurances will not cover them, out of pocket costs are high and pharmacies may be on backorder. If you have medical insurance, you can bill the insurance for lab testing but be sure to know your deductible and if the lab is in the network. We are not responsible for the labs disapproval of insurance billing.

Yes! We are happy to offer telemedicine and virtual visits! This allows us to work around your schedule, providing both convenience and privacy.

The initial visit will consist of a thorough review of your goals of treatment, medical history, current medications, medication options, and any other pertinent factors when determining the best course of treatment for you. If you decide to move forward you will also receive counseling on nutrition, exercise support, and weight loss strategies.

During the course of your treatment, I will guide you on personalized, realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes to improve your weight loss as well as your overall health.

This class of weight loss medication program has shown greater results than any other prescription weight loss medication available. GLP-1 RAs are showing results similar to that of bariatric surgery.

Studies have shown the “weight loss observed with semaglutide is greater than that reported for other approved anti-obesity medications”.
